[rsbac] rsbac v1.2.0-pre6 / release candidate #1 uploaded

Hi!

Pre6 of 1.2.0 has been uploaded to http://rsbac.org/pre. This is my first 
release candidate for 1.2.0-final.

Changes against pre5:

- Syscall dispatching through single syscall NR_security (the one reserved 
for LSM etc., can be changed, if necessary)
- Secoff UID 400 now optional (if you turned on Discouraged and Dangerous 
Options)
- SMP umount with MS enabled gave a deadlock, now fixed
- ioctl TIOCSTI now controlled as WRITE_OPEN on the terminal device
- Admin tools: lstat value overflow workaround for huge files. If size 
overflow is returned, assume FILE.
